By accessing or using MingShu (mingshu.art), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
MingShu helps you create or confirm a Chinese name and turn it into a personal seal identity. You may create a free seal preview before purchase. Name suggestions and cultural explanations are creative and educational tools; you remain responsible for deciding whether a name or design is suitable for your use.
After you approve your name and design, the $5 Seal Identity Pack includes your Chinese name and pinyin, a private digital name scroll, approved profile and signature seal PNGs, an original portrait Social Card, and owner publishing tools for a share page and QR poster. Delivery is provided through a private result page, secure downloads, and the purchase email where available.
You are responsible for reviewing the exact Chinese characters and seal preview before purchase. We bind the paid pack to the design you approve. If delivery is delayed or incomplete, contact [email protected] so we can restore access or correct the files.
You receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use your delivered name presentation and seal images for personal and creative purposes. MingShu retains rights to the underlying software, templates, systems, and service. You may not resell the service itself, claim our software as your own, or use the service unlawfully.
A MingShu seal is a personal creative identity mark, not an official identity document or legal seal. We do not promise legal recognition, a particular life outcome, or a change in fortune. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MingShu is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Payments are processed by Creem. Prices and included deliverables are shown before checkout. Refund and correction requests are handled under our Refund Policy, without limiting rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date above identifies the current version. Applicable law governs these terms and any mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
