Digital Product Nature

The $5 Seal Identity Pack is a customized digital product created from the Chinese name and seal design you approve. It includes your Chinese name and pinyin, a private digital name scroll, approved profile and signature seal PNGs, an original portrait Social Card, and owner publishing tools for a share page and QR poster.

When We Will Help

Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order or did not authorize the charge.
• A technical delivery issue prevents you from receiving or opening the purchased files.
• The delivered files use different Chinese characters from the design you approved.
• A listed deliverable is missing, corrupt, or unusable.

If your purchase included MingShu name creation, it also includes one complimentary name refinement. Request it within 7 days and tell us what you would like adjusted.

We will first try to correct or redeliver the product promptly. If we cannot resolve a qualifying issue, we will offer an appropriate refund.

Change of Mind

Because the pack is customized and delivered digitally, a change of mind after successful delivery is generally not refundable where applicable law permits. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights available to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
